First Turneffe Zone Marker Installed

Yesterday, TASA Rangers locateded a large pen (Crawl) full of conchs.  As the conch season has not opened, this is illegal.  No one was at the location or claimed the "crawl" so no charges could be issued.  The pen was destroyed and the conch were returned to the sea.

Preliminary Designs for Marine Reserve Headquarter and the two Ranger Stations are below.  These were designed by architect Ariel Mitchell of Mitchell- Moody Associates in Belize City.  They will be as ecologically friendly as possible with solar and wind power.
